This thing has been stuck with "Updating 1 Item" all day, it's a full day behind the photos on my phone.
For clarification, the photos have completed syncing from my phone to iCloud but will not sync from iCloud to my Mac.

You have not mentioned which os is used in Mac what is the version , is it updated / upgraded , what about iPhone ?
