MacBook Pro is not starting and working

I had the same problem as some from a while back in 2019.

I have a problem with my MacBook. For somereason it seems dead. It's not starting and working. The screen and Touch Bar are completely black. The keyboard lights are also not working but when I hit the caps lock, the light on the button works. Also when I hit the Touch ID/ power button three times the voiceover get activated and it says "voiceover on, username" but nothing else. When I hit enter after that it says "username". Apart from that the Mac looks completely dead. I tried to

hard shutdown it, reset NVRAM and SMC (I don't know is it was successful) but nothing worked out.

Any help will be appreciated.
