iOS Big Sur 11.6- Printer problem

Using iOS Big Sur 11.6 printer will not work.  My printer is Epson Artisan 1430. 

Printer & Scanners in Preferences does see the printer and lists it as “idle” but it fails to print a document.  This is a recent problem on both my iMAC and MAC Book Pro.  I think something is wrong with your iOS.

I tried;

1)  Removing the printer and adding it back again and get the error code: 

“An error occurred while trying to add the selected device. successful-ok-ignored-or-substituted-attributes”  

2) Resetting the Printer System

3) By-passing printer WiFi and connecting directly to AirPort Extreme with same results.

Please advise.
