Request for refund for an inapp transaction

Hi Apple support team, i would like to refund for fund for my two transaction MNHTK4LSK8 $148.98 and MNHTJL7494 $69.98. Items purchased as not working as per intended. i have spoken to the Merchant on discord ( Dorian ) but there is yet to have any updates or resolution from them.

i do not want to pay for this two transactions as it was not working as per intended, appreciate your help to check with merchant and revert back to me asap. i have write to their General Manager at Discord Dorian but they cant give me a solution.
