Hello!
My MacBook Pro, wearing A version of aCatalina won’t startup to recovery mode cmd R isn’t working, have no disk to boot from. Is there any other option or key combination to erase hard drive and reinstall MacOS over the net? I also have forgotten the login password.
Any suggestions?

Try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R.
If you have access to another Mac which can run a version of macOS that your laptop supports, then you can try creating & using a bootable macOS USB installer:
