How to get music purchased on ipad downloaded to iPhone

If they both are logged into the same Apple ID, you can download the music by going to the iTunes app on the iPhone, then select the music in question and download to the phone. You can also go to the iTunes app on your computer and sync your library to your iPhone by connecting it to the computer.
