i tryed to restore my iphone it says phone cannot be discovered

I tried to recover my phone by doing the restore and the update. Iphone still does not work and phone still disabled.

iPhone 12, iOS 14

Connect iPhone to Computer / Mac

Settings > Touch/Face ID & Passcode > USB Accessories > [Enable]
