Does the iPhone 13 come with a SIM card?
When we pre-bought the phone last week, we were told we needed to get a SIM card from our carrier. The carrier is stating the iPhone 13 comes with a SIM card.

If you buy an unlocked iPhone directly from Apple and don’t specify a carrier when you buy it the phone does not come with a SIM card. There is a built-in eSIM that many carriers will support.
