Family information is not available
Trying to setup family sharing. When I go to settings and tap on name the spot to add family subscription reads family information is not available and it is grayed out.

Did you setup Family Sharing first as per:
Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
If not, do this first:
Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
