App Store Glitch iOS15

Every time I manually go into the app store then click on my name and pull down to refresh apps to see if their are any updates the screen flickers and glitches for a moment. This is happening across all my devices.

Wanted to know if anyone else is having this experience as well.

It is happening on an device that has iOS or IpadOS 15
