The following “ Tap the Remove icon in the upper-left corner of the app.” doesn’t happen . I’m using OS 14.8. How do I remove these apps?

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow
