App library

Question

How can I turn off this function in ios15? I already have my apps in folders and this is wasting precious space & memory.

The App Library does NOT disappear. Just the Dock App shortcut to it!

The App Library is an integral part of iPadOS 15.

Just like it is an integral part of iOS 14 for iPhone when and where the App Library was first introduced last year, in 2020.

Go to Settings App, Home Screen & Dock, Show App Library in Dock, toggle this OFF.

That is a shame as it’s a waste of space as I have mine sorted into folders already.

we should have the option to use or delete it.

So basically to “clean it up” one would need to delete each app and re-add with add to library turned off.

You can't turn off the App Library.
