Animoji on iPad air 4

Hello! Can you please help me find the animoji on my iPad air 4. I can only see the memoji stickers option.

There is NO animojis for the 2020 iPad Air 4.

It lacks the Face ID True Depth camera needed to use the animojis feature.

Memoji for iPad I see all the instructions. It was super easy on my iPhone XR. However, there is no “monkey” icon or Memoji app on my iPad. When I search the app store, I find other third party apps and a “story” (instructions) about Memoji and Animoji, but no actual app to download. What good is that? I am running the latest IOS 13.6.
