battery draining quickly after iOS15 ugprade

In a span of a 20 minutes, my battery drained from 46 to 40 percent. I just recently upgraded to iOS15 and now I wish I hadn’t :(

EDIT: I also did turn off my phone for a minute but the issue still persists

battery drain after recent IOS update on I phone 12 The most recent IOS update 15.2.1 was done this weekend and since then, my battery is draining within a few hours and minimal use. I never had an issue with the battery prior to this update. Ive powered down, eliminated apps, low power mode etc...... nothing is helping.

Did you do what is recommended after an iOS update and that's Force Restart your phone?
