I can’t add new people to my people album (name new people) for about the past year. Ex: my daughter: I swipe up and it only gives me the option to add a caption, effects, and places. Not the option to name her.

Sorry that’s not what I mean. She is not in my “people” area, and I have no option to add her to it. When I’m in a picture of anybody who I don’t already have in my “people” area in photo albums, I have no option to add them to that area.
