I updated my apple watch and now it will not pair and keeps telling me to update. It will load for 30 min "updating" then goes back to the "Start Pairing" screen. I tried to update it over night and that when it started having issues. When I try to align the watch with the pairing on the screen it has problems as well.

Force restart your Apple Watch
You should force restart your device as a last resort and only if it's not responding. To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
I believe that worked it is currently loading and showing "apple watch basics" i appreciate the help!
