Can’t log in Apple ID

Why when I log in Apple ID, it says my ID does not exist, please help me.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

There is no Apple Support document specifically addressing these messages that I can find but these links have been Recommended by Apple ( https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7417834 ) and others with this problem:
