i cant connect the remote to my apple tv
My remote control is not pairing, it stars pairing but never finish

Charge the remote for half an hour or so initially, to give it enough juice (if not done already).
While pairing, keep other bluetooth devices away (e.g. no phone in your pocket).
If asked to bring the remote closer, do it somewhat slowly, until the message on screen changes, or until the remote lays on top of the box.
