i can't see anything on my customise touch bar screen
when i press customise touch bar it doesn’t come up with anything just a grey screen.

and
Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
