Hlo friends recently(on 22/07/2021) I buy iPhone 11 128 ghar but now I am facing issues that my battery health drop from 100 to 99% my battery health drop 1% before 2 months completed friends please help me to save my battery health..

Batteries degrade with use, that's just how they work. On the average you can expect about a 1% drop per month. Your battery is fine, Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%.
