Landscape Mode

Starting in Sept 2021 I have not been able to get Amazon app to open in landscape mode. I need it to because I use a Zagg keyboard. I have rebooted the iPad a few times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked. How can I fix this?

I have the Amazon app and have updated it when the updates have been available and I am not having this issue.

Have you made sure your screen rotation lock has been toggled OFF?

I am using a 2015/2016, 12.9 inch screen iPad Pro running iPadOS 14.8.
