i just got a new 12 max pro phone last week , i was wondering if i can swap it out for the i phone 13?

Check the return policy for where you live. This would be better than you doing a trade-in.


Apple Store Returns & Refunds. Click here to read --> http://www.apple.com/shop/help/returns_refund - For the USA "You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it." The return terms may be different in some countries.

- "You can always return the item to any U.S. Apple Store. An Apple Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time"


To get more information about the "Apple Trade In" service click on the link --> https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in

- Don't miss the FAQ at the very bottom.

- Start a trade-in by clicking on a device in the section "Select your device to get a trade-in estimate" - Smartphone, Tablet, Computer, Watch, Other devices (recycle only)

- The newest models may not be listed as eligible for trade-in. Contact Apple if you want to double-check. It you cannot simply return the device to Apple within the refund period (not available in all countries), you may need to see if you can sell your device as used.
