I am unable to see an update for iPadOS 14.8

I am currently on iPadOS 14.7 and do not see an update for 14.8 being available

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 2nd Gen, Wi-Fi

Remove the beta profile and check that it can properly communicate with Apple's servers.
