how can I get my iPhone unlocked it was originally from AT&T and I moved to another country and I want to use another SIM card in my phone

Only the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock the phone to be used on another network. So, contact AT&T and ask what their requirement is for an unlock and if you qualify.
