Apple Watch App

I can't find an app to download on my watch (Blood Oxygen made by Apple). I found the app on the phone app store but it says it has to be downloaded only on the watch but when i go to the watch app store I can't find the app. My watch meets the compatibility requirements so any idea what the problem is?
