app removal

I want to delete apps from my phone but it only allows me to remove it from my home screen I don't want the app in my phone anymore taking up space.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
