What is the difference between my iCloud account and Itunes Match? Is Itunes Match related to my apple store account?

Hello, i have a notification that my subscription of Itunes Match will be renewed in a couple of weeks. I'm wondering if it has something to deal with my iCloud account, or, if it's separates accounts/bills, then i would like to cancel it.
