Hi,

If your MacBook Pro has Intel Processor, resetting NVRAM could solve audio related issues.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to check audio related hardware with Apple Diagnostics if it reports the error(VFF001 to VFF003).

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
