Update to BigSur and has black screen after one week use. No apple sign. Nothing on screen.
Is it connected to power?
Is this a model with USB-C power or does it have a MagSafe? If the latter, what color does the LED show? Green? Amber?
Try resetting SMC.
Just to rule out the obvious: did you check the screen brightness?
If it is not that, then it may be a hardware problem, either the screen itself or just the cable that connects it to the motherboard.
It's usb-c model.
I done SMC reset. No result. Black screen, but I connect external monitor and computer work. Black screen on internal monitor and all ok on external.
It look as hardware problem but I wan't to be sure.
