If your Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons then head to If your Apple ID has been locked or disabled – Apple Support for help with this matter.


OR


If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store

If you see a message that states your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
