The cable included with the iPhone 11 is a Lightning to USB-C cable and can be connected to any USB-C charger.
If you don't have a USB-C charger, you can use a traditional Lightning to USB-A cable (from a previous iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) and a regular USB-A charger just fine.
10 or 12 watt USB chargers are recommended. 18 watts or greater for fast charging.
5 watt chargers are not recommended as they can take a long time to charge the iPhone.
