When i send message to any one 3 time message will be deliver so please tell me what is the problem and how it will be solved

hi, this is normally a problem with you mobile carrier.

try this: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Note that you will lose any saved WiFi passwords.

i will change the settings as per you tell then also it will happen.The message will delivered then also on my i phone it will show that message is not delivered
