It won't let me finishing setting up my iTunes account for some reason

I go to put my banking info in to get apps and all it says is contact apple support

Hello ~ It is probably best to contact Apple Support. You can do this by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:

Also, it could be something as simple as incorrect card input …take a look here as well:
