My Apple Pencil started to write strangely. Now the lines are dotted. No matter where I write. I created the pair of Apple Pencil and iPad once again. I deleted and downloaded the note taking app again. I changed the to of the pencil. It still gives me dotted lines

Make sure the tip of the Pencil is screwed on securely and snugly ( NOT TOO tight! ).

Are you having difficulties with a specific third-party note-taking App - or the Apple Notes App?
Both of them. I’m using “good notes”, but as I checked , I’m having the same problem in notes app by Apple . Btw I don’t have any screen protector or anything
