Apple Music Keeps Pausing/Cutting Out Mid-Song

Is there a means to fix what seems to be an ever-increasing problem of songs pausing/cutting out when listening to Apple Music? This afternoon I couldn’t make it ten seconds into a song without it pausing, then starting again only to pause a few seconds later. I’ve tried a number of approaches in hopes of fixing the issue—signing out and signing back in, turning off Dolby Atmos, turning off Lossless, restarting the app, restarting my phone, turning off WiFi when I’m listening while driving, etc. No luck. The problem began in early summer and has gotten worse. I expect a service I pay for to be far more reliable.
