You can either download them manually from the App Store as explained here: link-> Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

Or restore the iPhone, and set it up again, and choose either Quickstart or Restore from a Backup to get all apps downloaded onto the new iPhone. See here: link-> Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
