Apple TV not playing purchased and certain (mostly Disney) movies

I have been having trouble playing Disney movies that I have previously purchased on my Apple TV. The Tv is a newer version.

When I click on the movie it will take me to the movie title screen but when I hit play it will tell me { There’s a problem loading this content}. If I stream the movie from my phone and mirror it to the tv it will work but it now has Chinese letters as an opening screen with a 12 next to them.

Anyone else having this issue?
