Missing files

Suddenly files are missing from my documents--word, photos and excel files. Any idea where to look for them?

Some of my files disappeared from my computer When I open Microsoft Word and go to 'open recent' I can see some of the documents saved to Library-->mobile docs --> com~apple~CloudDocs I have tried searching, going to my username-->Library-->mobile docs and nothing. Can someone please help with how to recover these files?

Can't see ALL my files in Finder when I try to save a doc. I see lots of people have asked this question, but I can't see the solution. When I go to save a new file the Finder doesn't show me my entire library - just recent documents or folders I've accessed. It's blood annoying. Any advice on what to do?

Recovering PDFs, word docs, Dropbox files etc All of my files are grayed out. Files saved to iBooks, Word, Dropbox. I cannot upload anything to a webpage. Mostly my resume to work boards. I was able to do it in the past and now I cannot. How can I recover those files?

A Time Machine Backup is very useful for your situation and can be used to Revert to Previous Working macOS.

Did you enable iCloud recently? If so, look in your iDrive.
