Cannot get into settings or any app on iPhone XR..also, cannot turn it off no matter what method is recommended.
My phone is frozen and I can't get into anything or shut it off
Having the same issue and I have tried to hard power off but it still will not shut down and its even called 911 a few times trying to do so. Did you get yours fixed?? If so how??
