Activation lock
I bought Iphone 7 from someone and it know requires activation lock which i do not know about

Only the original owner can remove their Apple ID, and thus the Activation Lock, from this phone. Unless you can get a hold of them or they refuse to help. there is nothing anyone here, nor Apple can do to assist you with this. The phone will be useless to you unless you can get this unlocked.
