Disabled Account in App and Itune Stoee

My account has been disabled in app and itunes store. I am trying to follow instructions on how to get help from support but it keep taking me to South Africa contact number and I am not from South Africa. It seems like there is no support for my country.

I searched and searched there is no phone or email for my country support
