Wrap Full Date in a Cell

Is it possible to create a custom format to achieve the date format in A3 (wrap the date)? Currently, I input the day, option/return to wrap the next line and enter month, day, year. I would like to enter 9/4/21 and have the date automatically wrap shown in A3.

Yes, you can. Create a custom format. Use Option Return to put the carriage return after the day name. I'd show a screenshot but the text box for the format only shows one line, not the entire thing, so it would be more confusing than helpful. Click to create a custom format, make it a date&time format, drag the day name to the front of it, put the cursor to the right of the day name and hit Option Return to add the carriage return.
