  1. M1 Macs do not support Bootcamp.
  2. Currently, all Windows 11, Intel or ARM, are only supported via Windows Developers Insider previews and only on hardware that meets the Windows 11 requirements. Also, Microsoft has not announced that the ARM 64 version will be publicly available.
  3. Also, unless the app in question is built for the ARM processor, it will run under some sort of emulation, if at all.

The actual version of Windows for ARM is for generic ARM machines. The M1 is a chipset more complex the an ARM processor (it also includes graphics for which, neither on Linux, a reverse engineering work has got success to get it working). Regardless this technical detail nobody knows if and when 1) a Windows version for M1 will be available AND 2) Apple will permit an install of it via Bootcamp or directly on a partition. IMHO this will not happen as the Mac user with Bootcamp are estimated to be around a 6%. Too small for Apple develop Bootcamp (and its drivers) for Windows/M1. Virtualization is now the only way.
