icloud

I have some photos backed up on iCloud, however, I just bought a phone with more storage and do not neee the iCloud storage anymore as i would like to save it all on my phone instead. How do I do this?

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207594

Be aware that if the photos are only on your phone (not backed up or not synced to iCloud Photos) and your phone is lost, stolen, severely damage, etc) your photos will be gone.
