On iPhone’s video recording, hd means 720p or 1080p, can you pick between these two

Yes, you can choose between recoding videos at 720p HD at 30 fps, or 1080p HD at 30 fps or 60 fps. To change this setting, tap on Settings > Camera > Record Video.
