how do I remove my images and contacts from my daughter's phone. As she has her own ID now

Now that my daughter has her own Apple ID, how do I remove my contact list and images from her device

No, but you are giving it away. Everything on the device is tied to your Apple ID. She should have the device set up for her Apple ID. Following those steps will clean the device completely and set it up as new to her. You can then elect to enable Family Sharing to share apps, music, and other purchases. I am not selling my device, since my daughter has her now ID, I would like to remove only my contacts and photos [linked to my iCloud] from her phone without erasing everything else she has on her phone
