my watch won’t pair to my new phone and won’t allow my watch to update

Did anyone ever respond to you on this? I just got a new iphone 12 and now on day two of trying to get it to pair with the phone with zero luck. I have tried resetting the phone, starting from scratch. It jus cycles through the same thing and does not pair.

Did you unpair/remove it from your old phone?.
