My iPad has a dead battery?
Why when I try to hard reset it does dot do anything I have tried on multiple chargers even the apple certified one, nothing I also charged it overnight. Nothing.

We. just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.
To feel more comfortable, I suggest that you make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
