If we understand your post correctly, you'd like to stop some apps from running in the background on your iPad. We’d like to help.
Tap Settings > FaceBook and turn off Background App Refresh. Then tap Settings > YouTube and turn off Background App Refresh. You can also repeat this process for other apps.
If you'd prefer, you can tap Settings > General > Background App Refresh and select Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi & Cellular Data, or Off to turn off Background App Refresh entirely.
