I can't get to the spotlight search on my ipad

I can't find the spotlight search on my iPad.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

Thank you very much. It works!! I was reading from others about swiping from the top or swiping from right to left which didn't work for me and maybe was from previous IOS versions.

Place a finger anywhere near the center area of the actual iPad's screen ( in a blank area with NO icons ) and swipe your finger downward to reveal the Spotlight search bar.
